When can I expect delivery?
Your order will normally be ready for dispatch in up to 5 to 7 days after placing an order. Arrival times depend on your location and the chosen shipping option. If you are in a hurry or would like to pick up your order personally, you can contact us and we’ll be glad to help. In case of special width or length request, delivery time can be extended. Exact delivery time ( ETA ) will be provided with order confirmation.

Does our paper come with a warranty?
Warranty is 12 months from date of manufacture. Once original packaging is opened, the liability for performance is with the customer.
